Very good quality product. Arrived within days of the order, easy to install and looks great. Since purchasing 2 sets for the back door I have installed 2 other types for the front of the house. The hand rail was used on 3 very steep steps leading out from my back door so fulfilled a much needed use particularly in cold & icy weather! It looks stylish with the rolled ends of the rail & the price was very reasonable!

First order was fine. Decided to order another one the same - nightmare..New order placed and paid for 6th March2024. Ordered item - LOST IN TRANSIT- no communication as to why or what to do about it. Eventually offered refund for end of March which duly arrived. No explanation as to missing item.I want to reorder same item but am dreading same scenario. Please confirm I won’t have same ordeal, in writing, so that I can reorder with confidence.
