Good product for a good price. It does what it is supposed to do. Heating plate diameter is ~13.5 cm, more than enough for a normal user. Heating a large amount of water will take longer compared to more powerful devices but those also cost much more. So far so good, I recommend.

Ik ben niet tevreden over het product en de service. Na herhaaldelijk contact met de klantenservice omdat ik wou retourneren werd ik uiteindelijk afgewimpeld met een deel van het aankoopbedrag dat ze zouden terugstorten. Omdat ik het zo ontzettend zat was ben ik maar akkoord gegaan. Waardeloos.
