Having researched a lot of possible Stair Handrails that all required cutting and tapping holes in steel tube it was a relief to find a supplier who did all that hard work for you and avoided the need to spend a lot of money on special tooling. All you need is a hammer drill and a masonary bit. I used my own preferred Anchor Bolts but that's just my preference. The finished installation looks very professional and is very sturdy. It has received high praise from all who have seen and used it.

Great looking piece of kit! Easy to fit although I used my own plugs and screws which were more robust than the expanding bolts provided.

I can only comment on the integrity of the material itself as I won't have a chance to install the hand-rail for several months. So it's not possible to give a high star rating under Easy to Use. But the whole thing looks well made and comes with good fittings. It will need very careful installation because the lowest ground level I have to fit it to is vinyl tiles on concrete which is going to need some heavy duty drilling. The 3 steps are thin plywood and the top platform is solid wood so there are a variety of substrates that will need a bit of thought to make sure it is very firmly anchiored since with upright stanchions as long as they are - they will have a lot of leverage power so I want to avoid a sideways bash if stumbling doesn't rip the base plates out of the floor. Anyhow I give the device at this stage 4 stars our of 5 as it seems to be ideal for the job but with slight misgivings.

Purchased a five step railing which was delivered on time. Had a problem with one part, contacted customer services who answered my email within an hour. they could not get the fault fixed so gave a £40 refund. Excellent service will use Vevor again.
